Business Planning & Formation:

I presently serve as a public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)[f/k/a National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD)].  In addition to my juris doctorate degree from Oklahoma City University, I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Oklahoma University and I have a Masters Degree in Finance (with Honors) from Oklahoma City University.  During my prior years in the corporate and banking world I was exposed to and worked with a variety of legal entities.  Since becoming an attorney, I have assisted many business clients in analyzing and forming legal structures for their businesses.   

I can assist you in the formation of the following entities:

• Corporation (Subchapter C, Subchapter S or non-profit)
• Limited Liability Corporation
• Partnership (general, limited or family)

I will also be glad to analyze your needs with regard to which entity you may need to form. I can assist you as a shareholder, member or partner in enforcing your rights with regard to these entities.

Commercial Litigation:

I have been involved in the collection of commercial debt during my entire career.  I represent creditors in or out of bankruptcy proceedings.  I am also experienced in most areas of commercial law.  

About My Fees:

My fees for services are based on the time and effort associated with the preparation and filing of the documents necessary to formation or carrying out litigation.
