If my opponents decide against settling your case on a basis that you find acceptable, I pledge that I will seek the collective determination of a jury and/or a judge in the time honored tradition of American jurisprudence. 

I became licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma on October 5, 1988.  I opened my law office in 1989.  Prior to becoming an attorney, I achieved extensive education in business and finance.  I also worked for a major corporation in credit and accounts receivable managment and for a large banking entity in the liquidation of loan portfolio's for the F.D.I.C.  Please view the "About the Firm" page for additional background on me and the "Practice Areas" for the type of cases which I handle.
